Energy support that starts with the basics

Tiredness has many causes, and most of them are not solved by a stimulant. Supplements support normal energy metabolism; they do not treat fatigue, thyroid conditions, anemia or anything else. The useful work is covering nutrients that are genuinely low and leaving the rest alone.

What commonly comes up

Waking unrested. A wall at three in the afternoon. Words dropping mid sentence. Workouts that used to feel routine now feeling like a lot. Women often arrive already taking four or five things for energy without knowing which one is doing anything.

Before adding more, it is worth asking your clinician about basic labs such as ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and thyroid function. Iron in particular should be tested rather than guessed at.

Ingredients commonly used for energy and cognitive support

B vitamins, including B12, take part in normal energy metabolism. Iron supports normal oxygen transport and is frequently discussed when ferritin is low, though it should follow a test rather than a hunch. CoQ10 and NR are used for cellular energy support. Omega 3 fats and lion's mane are commonly used for cognitive support.

Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, including fatigue or cognitive decline.

How the pack is chosen

You describe your week and your current stack. The concierge removes duplicates, keeps the list short, and proposes one pack of up to eight individual supplements with doses shown. You edit it before checkout, and it arrives as one personalized daily pouch.

Common questions

Will this treat my fatigue?
No. Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent fatigue or any underlying condition. Persistent tiredness deserves a clinician's assessment and, often, basic lab work.
Should I include iron?
Only with a reason. Iron is best guided by a test such as ferritin, and taking it unnecessarily is not harmless. Ask your clinician before including it.
Is caffeine in these packs?
No. The catalog is built from individual doctor-formulated supplements at published doses, not stimulant blends.
