Wellness in Chaos Starter Guide

We are here to raise the standard of the supplement industry.

Your needs come first. Start with what you want help with, not a bigger pile of bottles.

1. Choose the way you want to shop

Build a pack around you

Choose your own supplements or get guidance from the Wellness Desk. Share your goals, what has changed, and what you already take. Labs or DNA reports are optional. You can add, swap, or remove supplements before you order.

Pick a fixed protocol

Want a ready-built option? Browse the protocols for women. Each has a set formula. You cannot edit its ingredients or doses. Read its product page to see what is inside.

Both paths use daily sealed pouches. A personalized pack is editable. A fixed protocol is not.

2. Know what the standard means

Doctor-formulated library. WIC names Dr. Andrew Brandeis, ND, behind its supplement library. ND means naturopathic doctor. That is not a medical visit or a prescription.

Forms you can see. Bioavailability means how well your body can absorb an ingredient. Read the named form on the product page. A form alone does not prove a result for every person.

Amounts you can see. WIC publishes ingredient doses rather than hiding them in mystery blends. Check the daily amount for the pack you choose. More is not always better.

Testing with the details intact. WIC reports independent testing on selected batches, not every batch. Potency means amount or strength. Purity checks look for unwanted substances. Read the quality page for the full process.

3. Make a short note before you start

Keep these notes for yourself or share them in the Wellness Desk. Do not post private health details in public comments.

  • My main goal:
  • What changed, and when:
  • Medicines and supplements I already take, with amounts:
  • Allergies or ingredient restrictions:
  • My budget:
  • What I want to ask my clinician:

Example: “My sleep has changed. I already take a multivitamin. I want to see what is in a pack and avoid buying the same thing twice.”

4. Review your actual pack

Before you pay, check each ingredient and its daily amount. Read the full labels for allergens. Confirm the supply length and total price. The builder shows 28 pouches and a one-time price; check the current page for your order.

WIC does not run an automated allergen check at checkout. Ask about anything you cannot confirm.

After delivery, follow the directions supplied with your pack. Keep it cool and dry. If your needs change, review your personalized pack before ordering again. A fixed protocol keeps its set formula.

Your next step

This guide explains how WIC works. It does not diagnose a condition or tell you which supplements you need. Talk with your clinician before starting something new, especially if you take medicine, are pregnant or nursing, or have a health condition.
