You are handing us intimate details about your body. Here is exactly what happens to them.
What we collect
Your email address if you join The Chaos List, the answers you give in the Map My Chaos assessment, anything you type to the concierge, and the contents of any lab, DNA or clinician document you choose to upload. Orders and payment details are collected and processed by Shopify, not by us.
Why we collect it
To build and adjust your daily pack, to answer you when you write in, and to send you email you asked for. That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Documents you upload
Uploaded lab, DNA and clinician documents are read as context so the concierge can shape a pack around what you already know about your body. They are never interpreted as a diagnosis and never used to make medical decisions. You can ask us to delete an uploaded document at any time and we will remove it.
Health information
The answers and documents you share are sensitive, and we treat them that way. Access is limited to the people who need it to serve you. We are a supplement company, not a covered health provider, so this information is not protected health information under HIPAA. Share only what you are comfortable sharing.
If you join The Chaos List we email you occasionally. Every email has an unsubscribe link and unsubscribing is immediate and permanent unless you rejoin.
Cookies and analytics
We use the storage a shop needs to work: keeping your cart, remembering your assessment answers on your own device, and knowing whether you have already seen the email signup. Payment and checkout pages are Shopify's and follow Shopify's own policies.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to infohebewellness@gmail.com and a human answers. We will confirm the request and act on it.
Children
This store is built for adult women and is not directed to anyone under 18.
