Ingredients and allergens
Ask us anything about what is in a pack, the dose, or how an ingredient sits with a restriction you live with. Every dose is published and we will walk you through it.
Orders and shipping
Include your order number and we can look up production status, tracking, or fix an address before your pack ships.
Wrong, damaged, defective, missing, or different from your order
If your pack arrived damaged or defective, is missing, or does not match what you ordered, tell us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and describe what is wrong, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
