Who we are
Wellness in Chaos sells personalized daily supplement packs. Using this site means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not order.
Orders and payment
Checkout is completed securely on Shopify. Your order is accepted when Shopify confirms payment. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot safely fulfill what was requested.
Pricing and discounts
Prices are shown in the currency at checkout and can change. Subscribe and save takes 10 percent off a recurring pack. Building your own pack with four or more individual supplements takes 10 percent off that pack. Discounts apply to product cost, not to shipping or tax.
Subscriptions
A subscription pack renews on the cadence you choose until you pause or cancel it. You can pause, change or cancel from your order confirmation email or by writing to us, and any change made before the next billing date applies to that next order.
Personalization is not medical advice
The Map My Chaos assessment and the concierge shape a supplement pack from what you tell us. They do not diagnose, treat or interpret lab work, DNA results or clinician notes, and they are not a substitute for your own clinician. You are responsible for reviewing your pack with a professional, especially alongside prescription medication.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate information, keep your allergen and medication details current, and read the ingredient list before you take anything. Stop taking a product and contact your clinician if you have a reaction.
Intellectual property
The name, wordmark, copy, photography and design of this site belong to Wellness in Chaos and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version posted here at the time of your order is the version that governs it.
