Most supplement shopping starts at the front of the bottle. That is the problem.
The front sells a promise. The back gives you facts.
Use this five-minute check before you buy another bottle, pouch, powder, or gummy.
1. Put everything on one list
Write down every pill, powder, gummy, and drink mix you use. Add your prescription and over-the-counter medicines too.
Why? The same ingredient can show up in more than one product.
Do not guess. Bring the full list to your clinician or pharmacist before adding something new.
2. Read the serving size first
The amount on a label is often for one serving, not one capsule.
3. Check the form and the amount
Potency means the amount or strength.
Bioavailability means how well your body can absorb an ingredient.
They are not the same thing.
A clear label should tell you the ingredient form and the amount in one serving. Read both before you compare products.
4. Read the other ingredients
The Supplement Facts panel is not the whole label.
Check the “Other Ingredients” list too. It can include capsule materials, flavors, colors, sweeteners, or fillers.
If you have an allergy or restriction, read every ingredient yourself. Ask questions before you buy.
5. Check what you can change and the full price
“Personalized” should not mean you get a quiz and then lose control.
With a Wellness in Chaos personalized pack, you can add, swap, or remove ingredients before you order. You see every ingredient, every dose, the 28-pouch supply, and the exact price before you pay.
WIC protocol packs are different. They are fixed formulas and are not editable.
Pick the path you understand. Then check the full price.
The five-minute rule
Before you pay, answer these five questions:
- What is the serving size?
- What form is used?
- How much is in one serving?
- What else is in the product?
- Does it overlap with anything I already take?
If you cannot answer those questions, stop.
A supplement does not become a good choice because the bottle is loud.
Build with the facts
Wellness in Chaos was built to raise the standard: clear forms, clear amounts, clear testing limits, an editable personalized pack, and the full price before checkout.
Build your pack. Review every ingredient. Change what does not fit. Then decide.

Safety note
Supplements are not a substitute for care from your own clinician. Talk with your doctor or pharmacist before starting something new, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medicine, or managing a health condition.
