Your body does not read front labels. It gets the full amount from everything you take.
That is why you need one list. Not a pile of bottles. Not a note you made six months ago. One current list.
It takes about five minutes. Make it before you buy one more supplement.
Write down four facts
For each supplement, write:
- The full name.
- The form. Example: magnesium glycinate.
- The amount you take each day.
- The time you take it.
Add medicines too. Keep that part private. Your clinician or pharmacist needs the full list to check how things fit together.
Read the serving size
A bottle may show an amount for one serving. One serving may be two or three capsules.
Read the serving size first. Then read the amount.
Look for repeats
A multivitamin may already have vitamin D, zinc, or magnesium. A sleep product may have magnesium too.
Write each repeated ingredient on one line. Add the daily amounts. This gives you a clearer question to take to your clinician or pharmacist.
Do not guess when medicine, pregnancy, nursing, or a health condition is part of the picture.
Use the list before you pay
At Wellness in Chaos, you can see every ingredient, dose, 28-pouch supply, and full price before you pay. You can edit a personalized pack before checkout. There is no automated allergen check, so read every ingredient label yourself.
Your list helps you compare the proposed pack with what you already use.
The five-minute check
- Current supplements listed
- Medicines listed privately
- Form written down
- Daily amount written down
- Serving size checked
- Repeats circled
- Questions ready for your clinician or pharmacist
Clear beats crowded
Make the list. Check the repeats. Then build only what fits.

Safety note
Supplements are not a substitute for care from your own clinician. Talk with your doctor or pharmacist before starting something new, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medicine, or managing a health condition.
